Frequently Asked Questions

ORDERING:

Is there a minimum ordering quantity? For each product we have indicated in the drop-down menu the standard quantities per article that we will supply. The choice is set up in such a manner that practically every desired quantity can be ordered.

How are the prices of the fabrics quoted? For each product we have indicated the actual price for the quantity as indicated in the visible line in the drop-down menu under “Size” . The selling unit is in m2, m, KG, per piece etc. After changing the requested quantity the new price will automatically be displayed.

PAYMENT:

Which credit cards will be accepted? At this moment we only accept Master Card. Other cards will follow later.

Do you accept Paypal? Yes, Paypal is a wide spread paying method and is of course accepted by us.

Do you accept cash payment? No, we cannot accept cash payment or payment in cheques.

Can I order without having a credit card? Yes, this is possible. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and fill out your billing/shipping information. You do not have to enter a credit card to get to this point. Print out the page with your order and the shipping rates and mail that information to us and arrange your bank transfer.

PACKAGING: 

How do you pack the goods? Your goods are packed in such a manner that the goods will arrive safely and undamaged to your address. The kind of packaging varies per article.

SHIPPING:

Who is shipping the orders? Normal e-shop orders are shipped by DPD, a reliable shipping partner. Bigger orders are shipped by another logistic company like DB Schenker. Of course we want to maintain our low cost profile and we will always look for better alternatives for you.

How long does it take to receive an order? We despatch your order within maximum 3 working days after receipt of your payment. Shipping times for normal deliveries vary from 2 to 9 working days depending on the area where you have your warehouse.

Can I pick up the goods from your warehouse? If necessary you can pick up the goods from our warehouse, just call and make an arrangement with us.

TAXES:

Do I always have to pay VAT? No: if you have a European tax registered company having your own VAT ID number you get an invoice without VAT. Yes: if you are a non-professional (home) user of our materials we have to send you an invoice including VAT.

RETURN POLICY:

My products are lost, damaged or defect. Can I get it replaced? Compositesplaza BV will of course replace your defective products. We will issue a collect request order at our shipper to pick up the damaged goods from your warehouse.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Are all the products from your e-store in stock? Normally yes. We have a certain stock capacity of each article. Our suppliers have their own stock capacity that we can use. Nevertheless it may occur that we have run out of stock. In that case we will notify you about restocking time and discuss what to do with the order.

For some of the articles you have stated that I can buy a variant as non-stock article. What does this mean? On your request we can supply these variants using the stock position of our suppliers. Delivery times will be a bit longer. Just call or mail us.
